Andrea joins Optiem from NAS Recruitment Communications in Cleveland where she most recently worked as Interactive Project Manager and was responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple web projects directed toward the strategic growth of the business and clients’ recruitment objectives. As a Producer, Andrea will help project manage Optiem’s work for clients including STERIS, Terra State College, SPX, Parker Hannifin and Cleveland Cavaliers. Hallie Bram and Eric Kogelschatz are not only TEDxCLE co-founders, but part of our staff here at The Adcom Group! Hallie, Studio Business Manager for Uppercut Motion + Sound, manages the studio team members as well as all of the work flowing through the department. Eric is the Director of The Adcom Group’s new Strategy and Insights Department. Adcom is proud to announce the addition of Lee Norris to Creative Department Manager and Catherine Anthony-Gudel to Traffic Manager.
Prior to joining Adcom as Creative Department Manager, Lee worked as Group Marketing Manager at Advanstar Communications where he led the creative efforts for the Licensing International Expo. Lee’s other previous experience includes Promotions Manager at Advanstar Communications, User Interface Developer at American Greetings and Lead Designer at Broadvox Communications. In Lee’s new role with Adcom, he will be leading the Creative Team in both print and interactive arenas to facilitate design management work-flows, enabling the Creative Team to work efficiently while providing creative solutions for Adcom’s clients.
